How do I find the right size for my pet?
Every product page includes a size chart with chest, neck and weight ranges. When in doubt, measure your pet and pick the largest snug fit. Most harnesses, collars and jackets are fully adjustable.
What is your shipping time and cost?
Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days and is free on all orders over $59. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return on all items. If your pet just isn't a fan, contact us for a prepaid return label and a full refund — no questions asked.
Are your materials safe for my pet?
Yes. We use BPA-free, non-toxic fabrics and food-grade silicone for all bowls and toys. Hardware is zinc-alloy or stainless steel, rust-proof and free of sharp edges.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
